They pretty much have the demolition done now. THey are working on Foundation footings and lower level basement parking at the moment. I'd say it will be at least mid July before we really see and building construction going on above ground. They still have alot of foundation and footing to pour yet...

With the Farmer's Market Apartments leasing up in less than 4 months there should be no problem for them to get started on this building. The mortgage guarentee is what has been holding things up.
