I wouldn't call it "lilly white". According to wikipedia, Eden Prairie is 81.7% white (2010 census). That's a fairly high percentage, but two of the four other cities with LRT stations are less racially diverse at 90.0% (Minnetonka) and 83.3% (St. Louis Park).

Midtown may be the best of the twin cities transit lines not under construction, considering all factors. Again it fits urbanMSP subset that just wants transit to look at, it's not necessary for anyone to actually (letalone people that depend on transit) actually ride the busses. So much could be done (example: exit door exits) to improve efficiency at low or no cost claiming 'efficiency' isn't credibl...

The head of navigation for everything (without having to pull your boat out of the water to get around obstacles) is the Coon Rapids dam, about 13 miles upstream from the lower lock at St. Anthony Falls.
