I spoke with a guy from World of Beer at the Saints block party and he stated they are hopping for a mid June opening.

Re: Target Field and Target Field Station Development

He's talking about the twins' performance this season. Not any particular view of the city.
It doesn't bother me that I am so dense sometimes. It bothers me that I am so publicly dense.

Re: Target Field and Target Field Station Development

Good thing, too, as the view inside the stadium is a smoldering tire fire of a disaster (going to the game Wed). Care to elaborate? Which view inside the stadium? I'm not sure that I disagree, but... I went to the game yesterday - upper deck behind home plate. I only go a couple times a year, so th...

Walgreens is on the other end of the building. Note the double skyway in the rendering. This is the view being represented:

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map

Anyone know why Normandy just tore up half of their pretty new parking lot? You can see it on the KA Block webcam.
I noticed that they are in full swing for the re-skinning of the restaurant corner.

*To help finance the development, Madison and Stencil plan to seek historic tax credits to "put [the complex] back to its original condition," he said. Man, that first floor exterior skin is so awful! I guess it was added in 1960. I'd love it if they could get it back to something like thi...

Re: Downtown Minneapolis Retail News

Marshalls, Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack are all getting their products made in the same Chinese sweatshops for the same dirt-cheap prices (and quality) as Zara, H&M, etc. They just charge more because they make you think they are somehow related to the products at Nordstrom, Saks, and their ilk...

I actually drove through about a month ago. The old hardware store is now the Heavy Metal Grill. Very strange.

I'm dating myself here, but I miss Old Station Pizza...

Lakeville Family Bowl to the Tastee Freez!
Streets.mn Forum Meetup idea?

We could pregame at the Pizza Ranch.
I'm not opposed to this idea.
