The merging of 121 & Lyndale N at 56th is a PITA during rush hour. if they at least figure out how to re-do that, I will be happy.

Nothing out of the ordinary. The fire panel was being tested yesterday, hence the reason for the fire vehicle on site. The rest of the workers seen in the picture weren't "evacuated", they were just on their break. And the smell from the building was the asphalt being laid on the pool deck.
