Re: The Broadway at Center - Rochester

True. I think the first announcement in the paper was summer of 2013, but it traces back all the way to the Time Square project from the late 1990s. I thought Times Square is what Titan submitted for their bid on the Broadway Plaza site? Anyway, the Broadway at Center project was approved several y...

The Buckeye (Flats on 4th) is well under construction and they post updates to their Facebook page from time to time. They were also supposed to be working on the Miracle Mile redevelopment, but pulled out of it. Not sure who's going to be handling that now... As for the rest of their projects, they...

I just got back from this. The second project (Heart of the City) was denied just before 11pm. The reasons for it, I couldn't even tell you. A few of those Z&P members just talk themselves into circles. Really... It said on their page that it was approved. Oh well, life goes on. I want to say t...

Some more information and images regarding the Opus/Titan development. The project is still 6 stories, 156 units. They're proposing 9 new street stalls for parking, as well as 158 underground and a bike valet (whatever that is). Gross square footage of the building would be 238,717. Outdoor amenity ...

Re: Alatus Project - Rochester

Do you know if many people turned up from the Fol...
