Off topic but ever notice how geese aren't as bad as they used to be? Apparently the coyote population has increased throughout the eastern US and kept them at bay. They also help control feral cats, rats, mice, and deer.Home... or a conveniently located migratory bird cemetery...

A little late for that, guys.

This is hilarious! I can't see how WF stands a chance of keeping them up, but there's nothing I'd enjoy more than seeing them prevail and “adversely affect U.S. Bank Stadium’s iconic image” with their "photo bomb"!

Can I sue the Vikings for photo bombing my picture on the Stone Arch Bridge with their 'US BANK STADIUM' roof sign?
Re: Downtown East - Wells Fargo / Radisson Red / Edition Apt
I'm curious why you think the Vikings will win so easily? Also I just want to say I find it interesting that the term "photo-bomb" is now used in legal proceedings,This is hilarious! Well, from the article:I'm curious why you think the Vikings will win so easily?
A signed written agreement is kind of hard to overcome, isn't it? Unless of course the devil is in the details. I guess it is hard to believe that WF overlooked something like this prior to investing in the signs...Minnesota Vikings vice president Lester Bagley said Wednesday that Wells Fargo is violating a signed, written agreement from February 2014 in which the bank agreed not to put mounted or illuminated signs on the new towers
Re: Downtown East - Wells Fargo / Radisson Red / Edition Apt
WF probably was prepared for this and said screw it anyway. The signage is worth the lawsuit. They're plan from the beginning was to have signage so that it would "photo bomb" any aerial shots of the stadium.
These signs were also in the drawings all the way back to the preliminary plan. They shouldn't really be a shock to anyone.

Doh. That's why you don't just read the headlines kids.
It's not like Wells Fargo just forgot about this agreement, though. I'd like to hear their side of this.

I thought the City Council approved the sign request?

A million times -1Can I sue the Vikings for photo bombing my picture on the Stone Arch Bridge with their 'US BANK STADIUM' roof sign?
Seems to me any official NFL broadcast could easily blur out the signs in the shot. They have the technology to draw the line of scrimmage and stupid football robots)

Read the articles, gang and not just the headline. The agreement was that WF could have a flat painted logo on each roof. WF has now made those flat painted logos illuminated with 3D letters. This is what the Vikes say...
Re: Downtown East - Wells Fargo / Radisson Red / Edition Apt
I can't believe the US Bank roof sign was allowed and hate it, but I've said my part about that before.

Re: Downtown East - Wells Fargo / Radisson Red / Edition Apt
I'm curious what leverage the Vikings had in this in the first place. How can one entity control what another does with their property? I understand the city ordinance angle but the city should be able to give the OK to a sign without requiring legal permission from other parties. Did WF purchase some property from the Wilfs or something?
Something about this doesn't add up.
