Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
Is only the last bay (between the closest and second closest file of pillars) ramped for access between levels? I hope that buildings are being designed in a way that at least allows for some sort of reuse of parking decks in the future. This doesn't look too bad. But the ramp design such as CenterVillage (where it's two aisles that have alternating grades) should be avoided at all costs to ensure forward compatibility of the structure.

Exterior finishes are starting to be placed.

I swear I saw this about 2 weeks ago. Not from this angle but from the ground.
Re: 4Marq - (313' - 30 Stories)
A similar portion of the facade was placed on the west side of the building about 2-3 weeks ago.

They were just placing façade where they would be behind the crane supports. Now it looks like they are finally doing full floor façade wrap around which should in a few weeks really change the look of this project.A similar portion of the facade was placed on the west side of the building about 2-3 weeks ago.

Unlike the Nic, I'm really looking forward to this addition to the skyline. It will be nice to have a white/light colored building on this end of town.

It has some texture and a sculptural feel to the façade which is refreshing. So many modern building are so flat looking with no definition.Unlike the Nic, I'm really looking forward to this addition to the skyline. It will be nice to have a white/light colored building on this end of town.

It's still hard to believe that this block was 95% parking barely, what?, three years ago. If course, the two blocks directly north of this one are still 100% parking, but for how long? *giggity*

I'm just happy that this block has 3 different buildings on it instead of 1 super project or monolithic monstrosity!

I got asked by the construction workers if I was with the newspaper while I was taking the pictures, had to explain what this website is.

If that white precast can stay clean, I think this is going to look sharp as hell for a long time.

I still think the building is hideous but that's my choice. Perhaps if this white precast was all the way down to the skyway level it would have a better cohesion. It could be done without enclosing the parking levels with glass or even bottom half with glass. It reminds of the designs that came out of the 50's and 60's. Peace out.

Has white precast ever stayed clean?
