Does anyone know how many tenants have moved into the 510? Walking thru 5th Street Towers skyway it appeared that at least a few floors have tenants in them. Even with the gaping hole on the corner podium.

I am quite excited to see what they end up doing at street level, I'm sure they are trying to get their leasable area complete first, but come on!

Windows are currently being installed on the ground level flush with the sidewalk.

I know it doesn't bring back that "old world charm" the owner was quoted saying, but I like what they've done for the renovation. Those windows are awesome, and the office space would be quite nice to work in. It's also going to nicely brighten up that whole corner. It's still a little brutalist, but now a little more refreshing to look at.

Wish we had some planes to compare what is supposed to be happening with what is actually happening. Saw 2 sections of ground floor window close to the sidewalk. Not sure if that is going all along 5th and Marquette where there is not an entrance?

Here's an update on this thing, it seems like it's been in slow development forever.

Looks like they finally installed the last set of ground floor windows, finally getting rid of the overhanging podium that used to exist.

It seems odd that there is only a single door entering the building along 5th.

While I generally like the idea of angled doorways on corners, at least there's now clear glass on both sides to allow someone to see through to the other street before they arrive at the sharp corner to get there. It's better than the old first floor - wasn't it Metro Dental with frosted glass on the windows?

Don't worry -- frosted glass could easily return!

Walked into the street entry today to see what was happening. The Lobby to the left of the door is very black and white, The area to the right of the door is still walled off so I'm not sure how long they will take to get this building finished. There still is a lot of demolition work to be done on the ground and skyway level. Not sure what we will have when that area is finished.

Passed by this today and noticed something different. The whole corner space is now wide open. They must've busted out the old walls recently, now I hope we can see some doors. Does anyone know if this space was supposed to be a new lease space?

A sign on the window says Innovative is coming soon. I'm assuming it's this:

Skyway or ground level?

The smallish sign was on the ground level facing Nicollet Station. I assumed it was for the ground level corner space since it replaced the large signage that promoted that location as a restaurant space. But it could be for elsewhere in the building.
