A carpool lane. On Washington. Something tells me they outsourced the details of this rendering.

Not just one carpool lane, 4! It appears that Washington is to become a one-way westbound HOV-only street. Traffic here has simply decided to ignore that, and drive on the left while they're at it.

I'm going to be pushing for Shermans. I love the blue color. It will look great next to A Loft and the Guthrie. Also those taller top 2 stories are great :D

I think we can all agree that there's a clear loser here. I'd be more than fine with either of the other two proposals. Pinstripes is a nice amenity to add to the neighborhood, but I get how some may not like it since it's a chain. That being said, it's probably a lot better than Gameworks was in block E and will attract a much different crowd.

Yeah, wow. That Saturday proposal is pretty boring. I do like the other two. Sherman is probably my favorite design-wise (and I think Pinstripes isn't a bad amenity to have downtown).

My votes go
1-Sherman
2-Mortensen
3-Saturday

Saturday is a very big yawn. The other two have much better street presence. Would not have a problem with either Sherman or Mortensen designs.

Did Saturday forget to put doors on their building?

I know a few buildings/designs don't make a trend, but it seems like a "trend" toward white exterior elements (the Handicraft tower, both the Mortenson and Saturday designs for this parcel, part of the 100 Hennepin (although they may be gray).

Sherman and Mortenson are both good proposals. Love the blue lighting scheme of Mortenson's hotel. Sherman's ESG design perhaps fits the best.

To be fair, Saturday did beat out #5: Getting hit by a bus/HOV after Sherman's Washington Avenue redesign...barely.

Wow! Sherman's detailing looks really great. I really like the 2nd story cantilever- really adds a lot if visual interest to both the first and second floor. The hotel lobby looks great from the street as well. Even the slight horizontal variation in the upper hotel windows seems to work ok. There is a lot going on- almost to much, but it really works well. I'm fine with Pinstripes since you would need a big tenant to activate that much space. I'll be at Britt's but hope it is successful!

So is the 8th floor the extra 10k office space for AAoN? Didn't really get where that was going (and that was Sherman's proposal too?)

Interesting and sort of odd ESG is the architect for competing developers! They certainly have a monopoly in this city. There must be some kind of antitrust law they are breaking...lol
