That's awesome! It's also one of my favorites- it's been sad to see it in such bad shape. I had no idea that it was originally the Film Exchange Building. Wish they had gone with that name. Still, very cool.

Will be glad to see this building renovated. Will be nice to see the full windows on the east side replaced as they really take away from the beauty if this building. Hope that this flies and does not get bogged down.

This event looks to be the "first look" at the Hennepin Avenue redesign, as well as the Nicollet hotel block redevelopment.

*the 11th Avenue bicycle corridor is included there as well.

With the change in name of the US Bank Stadium and Station, plus the new skyways that have been added to the system. How much longer are they going to wait to update the signs, maps, and other directional tools DT.

The Rockler Fur Co. Building is being developed by VoR Development. It's a NYC based group that's also helping Saturday Properties on the Gardner Building.

Here's hoping they restore the spandrels on the old Pillsbury Building in the process.

I wonder if they will luxury apartments? I would really like to see some micro units built in downtown. If I could afford to live downtown, I would gladly trade my 600 square-foot apartment.

If they're micro, they're going to be micro-luxury. It's right in the core of the core.
