Glass in on first level of Spruce side. I can't remember if this is for retail or the renting office.

To the best of my knowledge, Retail will be close to LaSalle with the building operations and a few amenities on the Spruce end of the building.

Looks like it's the leasing office. I suppose they want that done as soon as they can to start renting.

I love this building and I hope it is just the start. It looks different depending on the side you are viewing it from. It looks pretty dramatic from Loring Park. The are going to have some great views.

I hadn't noticed the purple stripes before but I like it. As far as I can count, they are on the last floor. From the north...

This morning crews were installing the metal substrate lattice that will eventually attach to the frosted glass surrounding some parts of the parking garage.

I drive down LaSalle home from work each night and it was cool to see some of the units lit up and sheet rock hangers working away about 6p.

It seems like the glass is going up at a brisk pace - I wonder when all of it will be on the exterior...

I got the feeling they may have been expediting the glass install to get out of the bone-chilling wind, but maybe that's just me being sympathetic to the workers this last week...

The glass seems to move a lot faster than putting the paneling up in the Track 29. I'm sure they want to seal off the floors to keep the snow from building up and having to shovel that off each time it snows and blows.

Then again, what /isn't/ faster than progress at Track 29?

It looks like they're now doing steel work for the penthouse/ crown. Should be topped out very soon!

it might just look faster now that the top isn't getting taller at the same rate, but I imagine they'll be exited to have the whole thing sealed up.
