Actually very visible (but looking like a bit of a dud) from the Stone Arch Bridge. I think I'll be ok with 4marq blocking a lot of it from this view.

Visible from Nicollet Mall I saw the crown this morning, maybe even fully installed.

They have horizontal beams installed on the south side of the building as part of the crown, but it isn't fully installed.

I have a view of this project out my office window, so I've been watching them build the mechanical equipment on the roof and start to screen it with the crown the last couple of weeks.

The installation of the metal screen beams looked completed when I walked by today. Will look great at night lit up with white neon. Gives the building an attractive distinguishing feature that helps play down the boxiness. Also noticed the balconies at the upper levels are larger and protrude out more that the ones on the lower floors which I never noticed from the renderings.

If you are right about the balconies I'll definitely have to pay closer attention. I was by there yesterday and today and I did not even notice. The more glass it acquires the better it looks. Will have to pay closer to attention next week.

If you look at the top 4 floors just in the photo above you can see that they are bigger than the rest.

The building has 6' balconies on the top 4 floors and 4' balconies everywhere else. There is also glass railings as opposed to picket rails on the corner of 5th and Nicolett [sic].

I'm very curious how the color panels on the parking ramp will turn out. I hope they don't turn out like the color panels on Mozaic.

Regardless, this is looking very nice.

The mysterious crane that we think belongs to Marq4 is actually for the parking deck section of Nic 5.

How is this building coming along. is all the exterior of the tower installed yet? How is the other half of the parking decks been proceeding after the polar vortex probably made pouring concrete difficult if not impossible.

The window pattern with the black framing is bring out the warmth of tan precast paneling better. The street level on Nicollet Mall is going to be nice. Looks to me like a restaurant will go in.

Looks pretty good. Nice mix of stone and glass. Rather boring color of stone. Perhaps because I've seen it too much. Sure would be a nice place for me to live and hop on the LRT to work.

It's not even stone, it's concrete... and the tower itself is real dud compared to it's comparable peers... LPM and Soo Line. One big clunky box. I was hoping more windows would help, but not really, imo. I'm happy for the street presence improvements though, that's the silver lining, I guess. (and the added residents)
