The retail tenants here are going to be a high end women's yoga type apparel situation and the Dunn Brother's across Washington (whose owner may/may not post here) which is moving here, and then the old Dunn Brother's will be occupied by some other high end bikes/watches/other retailer from Detroit.

With all the comments about 6 story boxes; I am surprised nobody mentioned, this is the Fugliest building of the 2010s. But hey, looks aren't everything.......

The project is pretty nondescript , but then you see the very nice retail frontage with the great awnings going up along Washington. Exactly what is needed along this street.

Clearly, they should have tarted this girl up with about 12 more materials. Don't they know anything about fashion?

Call me crazy but I really like the silver building and that look in general, and I wish both buildings were clad in that same material.

Wonder if they are going to put in PrAna as the women's yoga apparel shop? They actually make great men's clothing too.

Shinola sounds right, and the yoga thing was something like "Lelu" but the top result for that on Google is porn, so that's probably not right. When they post the minutes from the 2020 Partners meeting, it'll probably be in there.

That's a pretty noteworthy get, isn't it? Most places like this end up at Mall of America.
