Can someone explain to me why the curb cut radius is so large for a development like this? Especially on a street that is plenty wide to allow for tighter turns into the parking in back? Irks me that we still put these high-speed, easy turn-in curb cuts here in an area that is actually pretty walkable and has unlimited potential to be even more so.
