Cool to see some of the Yellow going in, for a small project, this is pretty well done.

This building looks much better than the rendering, especially the yellow tile. Relatively decent infill serving a community need.

I'm amazed at how much better this looks than some of the upscale apartments going up! Great model for building attractive low income or special needs housing in an urban setting.

It's because they used all high quality materials, and stuck to a simple use of them. One Type of Brick, One type of Metal, One type of Accent. I like this one a lot.

Again we have a building that should have been boring to save money, that makes 222 look like they blew there money on a bad ego design. This shows that you can do great work on a budget. It is called good design. WAKE UP BVK
