The Hewing Hotel - 300 Washington Ave N (former IPR)

Saw a moveable scaffolding with workers doing some exterior brick work. Seems like a lot of construction has been on hold and now with fall they are getting to work that they should be doing in the spring and summer.

Read in the paper edition of the Strib today that U.S. Bank gave the developers of the Hewing Hotel a $31M construction/bridge loan so that they can really get this project completed in 2016. The bank praised the developers and the fact that this project is in the ever busier Warehouse district.
