Also lived here, one of the hidden gems in the city if looking for a cheap apartment right on/near the Lake. Lived on the first floor, the second from bottom left window in the photo. Congrats to the idiot condo owners next door. The tower concept would have been a lot better for the. Now they are stuck with a huge, hulking neighbor.

What power lines? The ones between the two buildings were removed as part of this project.
Looks like this project now has a name: Foundry Lake Street. (www.foundrylakestreet.com) Not much new information yet, other than early 2017 move-in.
