Also lived here, one of the hidden gems in the city if looking for a cheap apartment right on/near the Lake. Lived on the first floor, the second from bottom left window in the photo. Rent in 2011 was $700. Rent is probably higher now, especially since they got a new sign a year or two ago.

Congrats to the idiot condo owners next door. The tower concept would have been a lot better for the. Now they are stuck with a huge, hulking neighbor.

What power lines? The ones between the two buildings were removed as part of this project.

Looks like this project now has a name: Foundry Lake Street. (www.foundrylakestreet.com) Not much new information yet, other than early 2017 move-in.
