I hope something is in the works. I'm tired of looking at that empty corner!

It seems silly that I live just over the Ford Bridge and the Jimmy Johns in Highland can't deliver to the Minneapolis side.

Anyone know if the Medical Equipment store just east of the railroad tracks, 38th St and Dight Ave, is in play? That looks like it used to be a grocery store in a former life and seems like it would be a good spot for a Trader Joe's. I seem to remember it being closed for a while and then open again. It always looks pretty vacant either way.

That spot used to be the So Low Grocery on the south side. So Low still has their store in North at Lowry and Emerson.

New for sale sign up on this lot. Guess they gave up on putting forth a new proposal.
