I think it looks really tacky in person. I dislike the look of the siding.

Seems they could have designed the site a lot better to avoid that ADA ramp/ railing mess.

Looks better than I anticipated but the metal railing brings down the design.

Great infill on a narrow site. Love the ramp, and love that it is front and center.

Yeah count me in the camp that thinks the ramp out front rather than relegated to the back is a good thing. Obviously the developer's desire to have basement units meant the ground level was higher than might otherwise be, necessitating more ramp. Still, the tradeoff is worth it - I'd rather have more narrow lot designs like this with a not-optimal ramp out front than the type of things larger lot buildings (especially on corners) end up presenting the sidewalk with.

Anyone got a picture of the north side of the building? I'm curious how the treatment is between the egress window wells and the very-close internal sidewalk.
