This looks really nice, lots of retail, great simple material usage, perfect sale.

Cool! A terraced street! That will be sure to calm traffic. Nice development.

This replaces the two single story retail buildings on the NE corner of 32 and Henn?

Pretty sure many have already read this article, http://www.citypages.com/news/minnesota ... /420927384

But I really liked this line: "With the infiltration of luxury condos built in the tradition of the Chipotle school of architecture, the Comic Book College is just the latest casualty of a personality makeover for the neighborhood Prince once celebrated in a 1980s single."

It's the traffic-calming street of the future -- streets with stairs!

The floor plans have a lot of quirks to them, but the project on the exterior is really nice. Very curious about their egress code compliance on the upper floors haha. Must have been a couple *exceptions* utilized.
