2924 Bryant Ave S, 86 units

Nice infill project, and on a smaller scale than many others. Wish it were built on a surface lot but I'll take it.

The CoW should demand more bicycle parking. Only 40 long term bike parking spaces for 86 units is not a good look for a building just a short roll from the Midtown Greenway.

I agree. They are also right on the Bryant bike boulevard, which is a major N-S bikeway.alexschief wrote: ↑October 12th, 2018, 8:16 amThe CoW should demand more bicycle parking. On a different note, I assume they tried to acquire the Duplex that will be trapped between this building and back of the commercial building fronting Lake. Leaving it all alone there doesn't leave a lot of options for the property unless it gets redeveloped when the commercial building does.

More bike parking definitely needed, but this looks like a really nice infill project.

The duplex and the Corner Store Vintage building have the same owner and the duplex is listed as homestead. Will probably be a while before anything happens with that corner

Looks pretty decent. Each Yellow Tree building seems to be a little bit bigger than their previous one. I wonder how long before they're doing towers downtown?

What about the shadows on the commercial building next door?
This does look like a nice infill building.
