I'm doing some research for a similarly constrained site of nearly equal depth, (though no alley access). This site is approximately 150' wide x 127' deep, whereas the site I'm researching is 190' wide x 127' deep.

Can anyone think of any similar comparables that I could look up? Particularly other developments of 3-4 stories, approximately the above dimensions, on busy county arterials, etc. Bonus points if you can find examples without alley access and/or with some serious elevation changes on the site.

I can't think of anything that fits the dimensions that you are looking for but I'm very curious to know more. Is this for a streets.mn post or a project that you are working on?
