Shadow Falls - (201 Otis Street)

It looks construction has resumed in the last month on the third and final building of the Shadow Falls rowhouse development. This building at 201 Otis will be identical to the existing structure at 215 Otis (on the right in the photo), with partially-underground parking and three single-floor units above serviced by a single elevator. The parking component was completed back in 2008 or 2009.

You beat me to it. I drove by earlier today and saw the crane there. Nice to see some residential activity taking off in St. Paul. 2013 looks like it'll be a good year.
