Marshall and Snelling. Starbucks built a standalone store on the corner with a cramped parking lot and a drIve-thru that is perpetually backed out into the road.

Ballot petition regarding Ford Site zoning tossed out. Neighbors for a "livable" Saint Paul considering court options.
