HealthPartners neuroscience center (295 Phalen Blvd)

HealthPartners has started on a $75 million, 4-story neuroscience building at 295 Phalen Boulevard, on the north side of the T-intersection with Olive Street. Google Maps / Street View shows a single-story Regions Hospital building already on that site -- I'm not sure if this is an expansion of the site or replacing the existing building (Regions is owned by HealthPartners).

Expected completion in early 2015.

The one-story building used to be an outpatient rehab center and is already demolished (rehab moved out to the east side on Suburban Ave by Target).
