New St. Paul Movie Theater at Metro State

This is pretty cool, but it's too bad it couldn't be one of the old movie theater buildings like 1077 Payne Ave (https://goo.gl/vFx2m8). It's amazing to me that St. Paul doesn't have a real movie theater besides the Highland and Grandview.
