I would love to see a pedestrian access ramp sidewalk to Target on the west side of the building. Would improve it a ton.
36th is going to get a modest narrowing soon.

Also pretty funny that the situation to the north is barely ten years old, it’s still an at-grade intersection in the 2008 Google Streetview images.

Looks like the Aldersgate church site received approval for apartments to be constructed over loud and angry disapproval of neighbors concerned over … you know.
The city is requiring access through Cambridge St. be closed off however.
