George G. Frost, 38, of St. Marys Point, now a convicted road nuisance, won dismissal of charges like assault, reckless driving, careless driving, and disorderly conduct. Seems the road bully blamed his childhood where police harassed him while skateboarding for his entitled threatening and abusing of athletic trainers on his roads.

This could have gone in any number of topics, including bicycling infrastructure, but I'm going with this one.

P.S. Bike lane, parking, acorn light ... should be easy enough to find the location but I'm not there yet.

I'm guessing there is an elevated freeway behind the photographer. The detached street-facing garage made me think 62 by the airport, but I'm wrong.

I found it! 42nd and Oakland. Google Maps doesn't have the bike lanes in street view, but the little green/white shed is a giveaway.

Seems like a good time to post this video, though I imagine many have seen it in this crowd.

Too bad cities, counties, and MnDOT would probably rather put in a bunch of barricades along building fronts since, you know, it's our God given right to drive fast.

This morning (around 7) on my way to work on northbound Highway 100 in Brooklyn Center there was a person laying on the left shoulder. A few cars had pulled over on the right shoulder so I assume at least one of them called emergency services (there were no emergency vehicles yet when I drove by the scene). As far as I know the highway wasn’t shut down, so I’m hoping this wasn’t a fatality, but I’d like to know details and hopefully this person was alive and got the help they needed.
