Is this taking up the large parking lot west of Marshall or the smaller one east of Marshall?

It's the southeast corner of Marshall and 13th.

All of the submitted plans were obligated to respect the historic brewery foundations, which is why the buildings are set back from Marshall as shown.

It will be great to finally see these lots get redeveloped!

I'd really like to see more projects that aren't as massive (land-wise). I'd rather see 5-10 4 story buildings than 1 or 2, and I'd also like smaller projects in scope, like 50 to 100 units, that take up smaller spaces. I just think smaller lots that are built out look so much cooler than huge massings like the projects we've seen, but I don't want to complain, it' just my preference.

I really wanted to live near this area, and the only modern apartments are on Broadway. I predict that these apartments will be very popular.

I'm glad to hear that this is finally getting off the ground. I hope they do a good job restoring the office building. It's a wonderful old structure.

Does this mean that they are doing the apartment too, Or are they just starting the renovation of the Brewing offices only?

I would assume the whole project because the brewing offices were kind of a "commons" area for the apartment complex weren't they?
We've had so many false starts on this one, I'll be glad when it's finally underway.

A little disappointed that this won't be creating a mini canyon on Marshall with the Grain Belt brewery, but the Orth Brewery ruins plaza thing is real cool.

Jersey barriers are up and they're digging here. This is excellent infill - it will be so nice to see some construction outside the St. Anthony Main area here in NE!

From across the river, it looks like there's a crane up for this project.

This one has a big impact on the area. I think this would be a great place to live, especially with the proximity to Dusty's.
