Those are some really nice renders on the site.. This will be perfect if I go to the U, I don't need a ton of amenities because I can just go to the Rec center.

Quick question - the renderings all show "coffee bar" for the ground level retail space. Any notion of what you're actually targeting there?

Alex,
You are correct - the renderings show "coffee bar" as an example of the type of commercial space we would hope to attract. Nothing set yet; it is also possible the retail space could be split amongst two tenants if it works out that way. As soon as I know I will definitely be advertising it!

Hello everyone!
My name is Joe Goetzke and I am the Leasing and Marketing Manager for Riverton Community Housing (developer/manager of the new Fourth Street Co-op). The building is moments away from completion and we will start moving folks in on August 15th! We are having a grand opening celebration on August 13th from 4:30-6pm that will include speakers from Urbanworks (architects for the building) and others.
