It appears to be entirely wood construction, right? How did they frame the "flat iron" corner?
It' also kind of interesting that they did 4 levels of actual brick and then 2 levels of lick'n'stick directly above trying to match color below.

What a weird project. Besides the weird shape it's also like two miles long, and they've been slowly working on it for what feels like forever.

A brick facade on a stick building can only go about 4 stories up, because of different rates of expansion/contraction between the brick and the wood. So to go above that you have to go to brick tiles if you want the look of a continuous brick structure, or a different material entirely.It appears to be entirely wood construction, right?
