Thanks, I've been wondering what this was going to be.

The first floor of this is in place. Goes right up to the sidewalk, which looks very good. The back walls (facing East and South) are precast slabs with the word "Nordeast" repeatedly stamped into them. It looks.... not good, but willing to give it benefit of the doubt for now.

So I understand why Broadway needs to be four lanes, at least west of University. Traffic counts of 20-25k. But why does Marshall also need to be a four lane death road? Would also be cool to see bike lanes across the Broadway bridge, then connect to maybe 13th Ave NE and Ramsey St (the Graco rail spur corridor) for bike connectivity further into the neighborhood without using this stretch of Broadway.

It's only a four lane death road for about a block in both directions from the Broadway intersection. I turn left onto Marshall everyday, the red light runners are rampant.

Can you point me to where that is on the website? Or did you email for more info. In which case, what are the rents like?

The bedrooms are pretty small. I haven't seen a 7'-11" dimension on a new build in a long time.

Should be getting 2018 imagery soon! I saw a car out driving around last week.
