Setting up a construction cam

So I've got a pretty good view of site for the Hennepin County Service Center on Lake St, and just for the hell of I'd like to find a camera I can point at it, in case the developer doesn't have one of their own. Before I go and figure it out myself, anybody have any tips or ideas on how to do this?
