My favorite are the people who take advantage of the fact that the person with the green light is waiting to enter the intersection until space is available, by turning right on red into the space as soon as it opens up.
Those are the most terrible people in the universe. With the exception of those who turn right on red in order to block the crosswalk.

Or even worse is when someone in an adjacent lane blocks the intersection, then notices you are waiting for it to clear, and merges into your lane once there is space, not letting you get through
