Downtown Minneapolis Parking Overnight Contracts

Hey, random question.
Most of the demand for downtown parking should be during the 9-5 peak, so presumably you should be able to park more cheaply overnight than during the day. So, for somebody who's living downtown but working in a location that realistically requires driving and lives in an apartment that doesn't include parking, you ought to be able to find some off-peak parking at a decent rate. But after doing some rudimentary searching, the only monthly contracts I'm finding are for daytime parking. Any tips?
