The current tower is 701' so another 500' would be 1201'. Another skyline addition I suppose.

The thing I wonder... where do all those employees go for the 5(!?!?) year demolition and build? Imagine demolishing one of our big 3? That's a lot of people to displace.

EDIT: ok so I read to the bottom and see that they will be spread out over many locations. This is a huge logistical nightmare. But I guess if the current building was complete in 1961, it almost made it 60 years.

Do we have a list of the largest skyscrapers to be dismantled? This must be up there.
