Detail pic of the sign going up:

I also peeked in a gap of the papered windows at Milio's after noticing the lights were on. There was at least one guy in there, so something is happening, or at least being explored.

I don't like how it blocks the second floor windows but man, that galloping neon horse is going to look awesome at night!

So, the sign covers the upstairs windows. Is it 1960?

I think it would look great if they installed it at an angle, the bottom flash with the building and the top a foot or two removed. Interesting concept, wonder if it's reclaimed.

Safe to assume that's an office or apartment upstairs, right? How do they get away with blocking the windows, even if the windows are still technically operable behind the sign?

I love the new paint color on the upper floor and the brick looks great. Nice improvement of the building.

I dig the look! If I recall correctly this sign is from the old Hagen's Appliances in Seven Corners.

Bean to both Carley Coffee and Urban Bean. With similar prices Urban Bean is the clear winner: better product and more variety.

Looks like some of the 'For Lease' signs have come down in the old Falafel King space. Maybe something happening here again?
