I think this is the updated rendering

I love all these new colors that you're seeing on buildings. I think it really adds to a neighborhood. Even if you have buildings that are all the same Boxee squares, having them have a variety of colors on the siding looks really good.FISHMANPET wrote:No, different color scheme. They said they're going with some color shifting metal that was "lavender" in the renderings, but at least in the angle that rendering is, there's going to be far more glass than there is in that rendering.
And yeah Hennepin County loves that orange metal, they did it on both HCMC and the South Side Service Center at Hi-Lake.
If that is indeed a current rendering, I love it. All the glass facing the Greenway is beautiful. I am super excited about this development.grant1simons2 wrote:http://www.loopnet.com/xNet/Looplink/Pr ... 03&LL=true

I have a hard time seeing retail doing well facing the Greenway. The two blocks of 29th to the east are essentially an alley for Cub and Planned Parenthood. Not much traffic going through there....FISHMANPET wrote: ↑May 3rd, 2017, 6:18 pmBasically all the first floor you can see in that picture (part of it us going to be enclosed bike parking)
