Atlanta fans are incredibly fair weather when it comes to professional sports. I suspect they care twice as much about college football than all the region's professional teams combined.Enthusiasm for the MLS will be tepid in Atlanta along with all professional sports in Atlanta. No use in building a soccer specific stadium in Atalanta, but it is worth a shot that maybe the sport will catch on. The NHL tried its hardest and lost millions to make professional hockey work to no avail. Atlanta is a big market so worth it take a flyer on the investment maybe paying off. If it doesn't workout the MLS will just shut down the franchise, no one will give a shit and move on.Why then did the MLS locate the most recent franchise in Atlanta's NFL stadium?
