Anyone know the status of this project?? Been ages since I was last near it, foundation only. Can someone update with pics and a brief what's happening. Thanks

Brick and siding have been going up over the last few weeks. They have a model apartment open.

Fred Melo tweeted some photos of it a couple days ago. Even some from inside a model.

Embarrassing confession time. I can see the building from my bedroom window as I type this. I've taken a couple dozen photos of the Vintage as it's gone up at various stages, but I've been too lazy to set up an account somewhere to upload them and link here.

Do we have an opening date for the new Whole Paycheck yet? Were we asleep and it is already open?

They are just beginning beginning build out of the store, which is not being done by Ryan Co. Spring, I think April, was the hope.

The residential space will be open in December with a respectable number of leases already signed, but the Whole Foods will take longer. Whole Foods told me late April, though Ryan Co. reps told me late winter.

The current Whole Foods will close on the 15th and the new on the 16th. Leftover inventory will be donated and not moved according to my cashier yesterday.

They probably come out ahead by donating due to the boxing and return to the shelves would be a lot of payroll. This way they can get who ever they donate to to come in and empty the store of merchandise. Plus the they get the tax write off for the donation.

The Whole Foods opened Wednesday and is very nice. This building and grocery store are great additions to this neighborhood.
