There are some good topographical changes around that building. Has there been any other elevation drawing for this build that are available. Curious if there is a full floor grade difference between 5th street entrance and the 6th street side of the building? Grade also drops on the north side of the lot also. At least 5th street does a nice dip there.

The problem with being an introvert online is that no one knows you're just hanging out and listening.

While at Fulton I noticed that they are driving pylon tubs into the ground here. Did not realized that the ground here was that soft and unstable. But I guess after you have one wall collapse and another do a major shift next door to District 600 that should be a given. Also looks like they are finally working on the basement levels for the 600.

There's a fair amount of steel up here now.

This building is progressing from east to west. they are building up 7 stories before moving to the next 7 story segment. Pulling into Target field Station you are greeted by a decent amount of erected steel columns. Look forward to seeing where things are next month on this project. Still waiting to give a final grade on this as I want to see what quality the exterior has visually.

There is no tower crane just a tractor crane on site.

Thanks Schmitzm03 for the pictorial updates. This project seem to be moving at a nice clip. Surprised to see that the 600 across the street is still only now getting to street level.

Looks like the steel structure is complete. A small tree is on top on the steel structure.

Was there ever a crane there? I thought they were just using a small boom crane.
