Looks like it's focused on the portion which was bypassed by the Super 2 Hwy 12 alignment along the BNSF.
Opportunity to turn this stretch from a road (highway) to a street? Maybe the best place to start would be to stop calling it County State Aid Highway 112.
Anyone know what's going on with this effort? Looks like it's being led by SRF, so that probably spells doom at the hands of the engineering cult.
