Maybe he figures that he has a big enough stake in the block that any development prospect would have to go through him, whether he owned 90% or 100% of the block. The thing that's most surprising in this article is that a parcel on this block went up for sale and the guy who owns the rest rest of the block didn't buy it.http://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/n ... polis.html
Downtown Minneapolis will get a medical marijuana dispensary at 207 9th St S. This is on the block that's 90% surface parking, east of Oracle Center.

Re: Downtown Minneapolis Retail News
That's probably true. And, until then, he's only in it for the parking income, and the city won't let him tear down the buildings and add them to the lot, so why buy them?Maybe he figures that he has a big enough stake in the block that any development prospect would have to go through him, whether he owned 90% or 100% of the block. The thing that's most surprising in this article is that a parcel on this block went up for sale and the guy who owns the rest rest of the block didn't buy it.http://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/n ... polis.html

I believe those are both considered historic or protected buildings.

If you can get it to export in a fixed-width way, you can use
Code: Select all
tags, otherwise you're better off taking a screenshot of the spreadsheet and also sharing a link to a google spreadsheet so people can see the numbers.

If I take a screenshot how can I post the image without using any photo site like imgur or whatever? As for the spreadsheet, it's MS Excel(did not realize that was a forbidden word!), and I rarely ever use Google for spreadsheets.....is it as simple as searching for it and pasting it in? Sorry, I really suck with technology! *Edit: this will have to do for now: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rhXzGYjDyWC4y65MRV8i3BNF0y10yfL72Ryzo53pWkY/edit#gid=0 The tables are at the bottom of the list of projects, which really is a list of buildings, if projects have multiple buildings.

You need to set the permission so that anyone with the link can view.
Also why wouldn't you want to use a photo hosting site to host a photo?
And the reason for "correcting" Ex-cel is that many posters were confusing it with Xcel energy.

I'm at work and don't want to save anything on my work computer I guess. I would have never assumed it wouldn't be available with just the original link, but good to know how to share the info -- I think we're good now.You need to set the permission so that anyone with the link can view.

Whatever happened to the downtown golf focused athletic space? I remember that's kind of what got me into urban research and downtown focus. From December of 2013

Overheard at one on one bike shop and coffee that they want to do a remodel of their shop. Kind of minor but they did talk about busting down walls.

I, for one, am excited to see where this goes. Also, the development is good.

Does it say what's planned on zigy's lot north of the stadium? Is it parking or what?
