Was by there yesterday and I have to say that is a large chunk of wall that came tumbling down. Wonder who's insurance will have to pay for that one. What do others think. Will WeatherRite relocate and sell the building for redevelopment?

It's tough to tell for sure, but the Interchange webcam #3 appears to show that building (or just part of the wall) getting demolished.

That is the wall that collapsed for some reason. Not sure if it was from pile driving or what the deal was. But they do have an issue and they need to figure out if it is staying or if they will sell and demolish the building.

Right. However, the collapsed portion was hidden from view of that webcam behind the Fulton building. Today is the first time I've noticed any lack-of-wall visible from the camera. I think we're finding out their resolution for the wall issue.

Thanks for the pics Nick. I did not realize that they had decided to tear the rest of the wall down. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Cartoonish how? The scale? Materials?

I think it has to do with how the image was resized (not very well) which kind of makes the building look pixelated and a little fake. It doesn't really have anything to do with the building itself, other than that particular building looks particually strange when an image of it is resized poorly.

From the renderings District 600 has a restaurant on the main floor. Does anyone think the newly announced, location TBD Red Cow could be going here?
