Seems despite being across the street from a Target, retail is too challenging for drawing traffic.

Not really sure what you'd put there. Seems to small for a big box or destination type retailer, no visibility from Central for a restaraunt, any new construction would be too expensive for small locally owned shops.

Also wonder when Menards is going to get around to rebuilding that super-weird store.
