Taking pictures of people you don't know without their permission, and perhaps not even they're knowledge, is a bit creepy in itself, let alone whether they're in a bathing suit and posting it to the internet.

eh... it's just what lots of famous photographers do and amateur photographers... when you're in public you're fair game you're just an object in a collective and yes your opinion that it's creepy is cultural and just backs up my previous statement.

Regardless of whether the photo is creepy or not (let's just call it photojournalism) I think we can agree that this isn't perhaps the best thought-through design.

why? what's the difference between this and an at grade pool or a beach? at least you don't have to call hand check to make sure nothing suspicious isn't going on... transparency good for businesses and good conduct in the hot tub.

It's hanging over the flipping sidewalk. Photos are fair game.

I suspect it will be a popular photo opportunity for quite a while, given the novelty. The hysteria over taking pictures of strangers is really too much.
I think we're done here.

I think the whole point of the hot tub hanging over the sidewalk is to see and be seen. Plus it is a unique feature, so I am sure it will be photographed a lot.

Horizontally sliced bread is for making a tasty sandwich loaf. Also, buzzfeed is terrible.
