Woda Cooper Breaks Ground on Shelby Commons Affordable Housing Community in Downtown Minneapolis

https://rebusinessonline.com/woda-coope ... nneapolis/

I think this is at N Lyndale & Glenwood based on the rendering. This is Woda Cooper's first project in the city. They call themselves "the country's first employee-owned, vertically-integrated affordable real estate company." Co-developed with PPL. Another nice gap filled on the Glenwood corridor.

It is this circled lot in my screenshot.

I believe Shelby Commons is actually using the parcel north of Glenwood, and east of the highway overpass, marked on the map above with the red 'pin.'

Based off of the renderings, I'm pretty confident that TAB is right.

Note also that the Border Avenue extension to Glenwood is located right next to this project. If that's still a thing?

Trying to keep track of projects on the city website is hopeless, so much project info is out of date

Affordable housing next to the farmers market and a short walk from a light rail station. That sounds right.
