Very cool looking project.

Surprised to hear the neighborhood did not try and speak out against it. Most places are trying to rid themselves of liquor stores, so I thought that would be their big issue. The big thing is if they say no, the old liquor store will still be there. They are out 155 units and the other retail space that this brings with it. This would be a fitting gateway to NE from the Lowry street bridge. Glad to know there are some neighborhoods with cooler, more logical smarts to see the big picture.

Kind of a bummer that it will hide a majority of the skyline views from the ferris wheel at Betty Dangerously.

I see they're recycling the pieces of the Frank-Lyn debacle.

Here are the plans for this.

Generally, a nice looking project. Two decent sized commercial spaces. The access to the commercial parking seems a bit tortured and likely to upset the other people sharing that alley.
