Cool project! This kind of came from no where. The color pallete is really bland, but those town homes are the "missing middle." Overall it is a welcome addition to the Marcy-Homes neighborhood.

Needs some sort of design for the townhomes.

There sure are a lot of windowless bedrooms in the plans for the 5-story building part of this.
